Payment for Domestic & International Buyers

Due to the high-value nature of every artwork, only Direct Bank Transfer is accepted for payment.

Domestic Collectors (India) :
All artworks are payable via Direct Bank Transfer (RTGS / NEFT).

Payment is considered complete only when credited to SGA’s account; screenshots or transaction confirmations are not accepted.
Collectors are requested to request an invoice to initiate payment.

International Collectors :
All artworks are payable via SWIFT wire transfer. USD or EUR is preferred; your bank will handle any currency conversion if required.

Note : All artworks are high-value, and Direct Bank Transfer / SWIFT is the only accepted payment method. This ensures full security, compliance, and protection for both the collector and SGA.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic: 7–14 business days

  • International: 14–21 business days

  • Pre-orders: shipped after the stated timeframe (allow at least 2 weeks)

Orders may arrive earlier than the estimated timeframe. Shipping is complimentary worldwide.

Each artwork is carefully packaged and dispatched via trusted courier partners. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. SGA uses maximum ETA to avoid inconvenience.

Collector Responsibilities :

  • Provide accurate shipping information

  • International collectors are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country


Framing

All artworks are unframed to allow collectors to choose presentation that suits their space.
Framing shown on product pages is for styling or mockup purposes only. Framing guidance is available upon request.


Medium


Somya Garg primarily works with acrylics on canvas. Occasionally, other mediums may be used as part of her artistic exploration.

 

Commissioned Artworks

SGA does not offer commissioned works at this time. Each artwork is created to resonate with collectors while reflecting the artist’s unique vision.

High-Value Payment & Refund Policy Notes

 

Payment : All artworks, domestic or international, are payable via Direct Bank Transfer (RTGS / SWIFT) only. No PayPal or other payment gateways are accepted.

Dispatch : Artworks are shipped only after full payment is credited to SGA’s account.

Insurance : Each artwork is insured for its full declared value during transit. Insurance details are shared with the collector prior to shipment.

Refunds & Returns :

  • Sales are final.

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind or personal preference.

  • Insurance payout is used only in the event of loss or damage during transit, subject to verification and policy conditions.
