SGA Collector Desk

The Collector Desk assists with acquisitions, invoice issuance, international transfers, collector services, and dispatch coordination for SGA works.

Each acquisition is processed privately through the SGA Collector Desk.

 

ACQUISITION PROCESS
  1. Select a work and proceed with acquisition submission.
  2. Following submission, the Collector Desk will issue a Proforma Invoice containing acquisition and banking details associated with the selected work.
  3. Domestic acquisitions are primarily processed through RTGS transfer arrangements. International acquisitions are supported through SWIFT transfer arrangements.
  4. Upon successful receipt of payment, the acquisition will be acknowledged by the SGA Collector Desk.
  5. A final digital invoice marked as paid and complete will then be issued to the collector.
  6. Dispatch preparation and shipment coordination will follow acquisition confirmation.

 

DOMESTIC ACQUISITIONS

Domestic acquisitions are primarily processed through RTGS transfer arrangements communicated through the official Proforma Invoice issued by the SGA Collector Desk.

Collectors are advised to process transfers only through banking details officially communicated by SGA.

 

INTERNATIONAL ACQUISITIONS

International acquisitions are supported through secure SWIFT transfer arrangements.

Applicable intermediary banking charges, currency conversion fees, or international transfer charges imposed by financial institutions remain the responsibility of the collector unless otherwise specified.

 

ACQUISITION DOCUMENTATION

A Proforma Invoice is issued following acquisition submission and contains the official acquisition value and banking details associated with the selected work.

Upon successful payment acknowledgment, SGA issues a final digital invoice confirming the acquisition as complete and paid.
